How to set up campaign prices for a specific date or for a period of time or season?

There are several different types of campaigns, below we will show you how you can set different types of campaigns for your products.

To set up a campaign price for a specific date or period of time you can follow the instructions below:

• Go to Economy > Campaigns
• Click on the product that you want to set the campaign to by clicking on it, such product will then be highlighted by a light-blue color.
• Set a name for the campaign, the name can be “High Season” as an example so you know this campaign is for your high season.
• Select the dates “From” and “To” dates when the campaign will be applied. If the campaign will be applied to just one particular day, the From and To date will be the same, just the hours have to be set as “00:00” on the “From” date and “23:59” on the “To” date.
• Set the value of Number of items to “1”
• Set the price per night to be applied during the period select on the field “Product price after campaign with tax”
• Save your campaign

How to set up campaign price if the guests book X number of nights?

To set up a campaign for a product where the campaign will be applied only if they book X number of nights you can do as follow:

• Go to Economy > Campaigns
• Click on the product that you want to set the campaign to by clicking on it, such product will then be highlighted by a light-blue color.
• Set a name for the campaign, the name can be “Week price” as an example,this name if for your own reference so you know this campaign will be applied only if they book one week.
• Select the dates “From” and “To” dates when the campaign will be applied.
• Set the value of Number of items to “1”
• Set the price per night to be applied if the guest stays X number of nights on the field “Product price after campaign with tax”
• Under “ADVANCED”, on the “Module” dropdown list select “NumNights”
• When “NumNights” have been selected a new text field called “Number of nights” will appear, here you need to enter the number of nights that the guest need to book so the campaign will apply, “7” or “10” are some examples
• Save your campaign.

How to set up campaign price if the guests book X number of days in advance?

To set up a campaign which will apply only if the guest books X number of days in advance you can do as follow:

• Go to Economy > Campaigns
• Click on the product that you want to set the campaign to by clicking on it, such product will then be highlighted by a light-blue color.
• Set a name for the campaign, the name can be “Ten days in advance” as an example,this name if for your own reference so you know this campaign will be applied only if they book ten days in advance.
• Select the dates “From” and “To” dates when the campaign will be applied.
• Set the value of Number of items to “1”
• Set the price per night to be applied if the guest books X number of days in advance on the field “Product price after campaign with tax”
• Under “ADVANCED”, on the “Module” dropdown list select “OrderInAdvance”
• When “OrderInAdvance” have been selected a new text field called “Num days” will appear, here you need to enter the number of days that the guest need to book in advance so the campaign will apply, “7” or “10” are some examples
• Save your campaign.

How to set up a campaign code:

• Go to Economy > Campaigns
• Click on the product that you want to set the campaign to by clicking on it, such product will then be highlighted by a light-blue color.
• Set a name for the campaign, the name can be "Double Room campaign code” as an example so you know this campaign is for your double room.
• Select the dates “From” and “To” dates when the campaign will be applied. If the campaign will be applied to just one particular day, the From and To date will be the same, just the hours have to be set as “00:00” on the “From” date and “23:59” on the “To” date (the system will in most cases select the hours automatically).
• Set the campaign price per night to be applied in the field “Product price after campaign with tax”
• Under “ADVANCED”, on the “Module” dropdown list select “Campaign code”
• When “Campaign code” has been selected a new text field called “Campaign code” will appear, here you need to write down the code that the guests need to write so the campaign will apply, “SUMMER18” or “FRQNTCUSTOMER” are some examples.
• Set the value of Number of items to “1”
• Save your campaign
